The basic property management program includes:
Electricity, home phone, cellular phone, property taxes, HOA fees, internet and any other expense specific to the unit.
Weekly inspection visits
In order to verify that all is in good condition, a weekly inspection of the unit will be performed. We will determine if any maintenance job is necessary and, if such is the case, the owner will receive a detailed report and quotes to compare.
We suggest that the unit should be cleaned once every two weeks for the period of time when the unit is not occupied or rented. We will coordinate and inspect the cleaning. This service will be billed separately.

We are available for consultation and emergencies from owners and/or guests at any time day or night, 7 days a week and all holidays.
